At Danish Design Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of high-quality Scandinavian goods. If your item is not a perfect fit for your home, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our customer care team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Repack Your Items
Carefully place the unused items in their original designer packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your parcel, ensuring any previous delivery labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once the inspection is complete.
