What are your shipping rates for international orders?
We offer worldwide shipping. Rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items and your delivery location. All international shipments are insured for their full value.
How long does delivery typically take?
In-stock items are typically dispatched within 48 hours. Domestic deliveries take 3-5 business days, while international orders may take 7-14 business days depending on customs processing.
What is your return policy for furniture?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Furniture must be returned in its original packaging and in unused condition. Please note that custom-made or 'made-to-order' pieces are non-refundable.
Do you offer assembly services?
Many of our larger furniture pieces include white-glove delivery and assembly options at checkout. For smaller items, detailed assembly instructions and necessary tools are included in the box.
