The corded seats of the Panton One kitchen counter stools are hand-woven using polyurethane cord on a core of nylon. The surface texture of the cord may vary. The cord is UV-protected, but may become discoloured after prolonged exposure to direct sunlight. The chair is also available in paper string, made of sustainable forest paper, which is biodegradable. The light chair in the stainless steel frame can be used both indoors and outdoors. The chairs with a lacquered frames are for indoor use only.
